Shipping is FREE for US/Canada/Mexico orders over $50, for Europe/Asia orders for over $100, & for everywhere else for orders over $130 (not valid for wholesale).

If you’re located in Europe or South America, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. For retail, we do not offer custom designs, modification or sizing changes.

If your order was placed within 30 days, you can choose to send it back yourself or we can send you a return label for a cost of $35 USD.

As the bags are made of acrylic, dirt rubs off quite easily!

We always recommend to hand wash and lay flat to dry as some drawstrings and tassels may get damaged in the washing machine.
