Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Lombia piece. 🤍 However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, returns must be sent back within 14 days from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@lombia.co and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that if a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs duties, package refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any additional carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

EXCHANGES

We currently only offer exchanges for defective items. If you received a defective product, please email us at hola@lombia.co and we’ll be happy to assist you.
