Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free FedEx Express shipping (2–3 business days) on orders over $50 USD 

Europe 🇪🇺

Free FedEx Express shipping (5–7 business days) on orders over $100 USD 

Asia & Rest of the World 🌎

Free FedEx Express shipping (5–7 business days) on orders over $150 USD 

Please note that free shipping is not available for wholesale orders. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 


How long will it take to process my order?

Every Lombia piece is prepared with care in Colombia 🤍

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Colombia time). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.

If you believe your order should have already shipped and you haven’t received an email yet, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us anytime at hola@lombia.co. We’re always happy to help! 😊

 


When will my order arrive?

Estimated FedEx delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 2–3 business days*
  • Europe, Asia & Australia: 5–7 business days*

*Shipping estimates do not include processing time, weekends, holidays, or the shipping date itself

 


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, of course 😊

As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

 


What about duties, import fees & local taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For more information regarding possible fees in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office. You’re also always welcome to reach out to us at hola@lombia.co if you have questions before ordering.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for packages returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes.
